Yes, we ship worldwide. However, buyers are responsible for any applicable customs and import taxes.

We only accept returns or exchanges if the item is damaged or defective. Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items cannot be returned or exchanged.
How do I request a return or exchange?
Please contact us for a return authorization and instructions. We will not accept merchandise sent without prior authorization.
Jewelry Care & Materials
How should I care for my jewelry?
To clean your jewelry, use warm water, detergent-free soap, and a soft brush or cloth. Avoid using jewelry cleaner, as it may damage the medal. Our medals have a lacquer coating to protect the finish and prevent tarnishing.
Can I wear my jewelry in water?
We recommend avoiding exposure to chlorinated water or household cleaners, as these can damage the medals.
Jewelry Information
What is sterling silver?
Our Sterling Silver medals are at least 92.5% pure silver, combined with copper for durability. Each medal is quality stamped and may include “Sterling Bliss” or “Sterling BLI” as a mark of authenticity.
What is gold filled jewelry?
Gold Filled, also known as Rolled Gold, consists of a solid layer of 14K gold bonded to a base metal, such as brass, on both sides. The gold content is 1/20 of the total weight of the medal.
