Returns & Exchanges Policy


At Tony’s Jewelry Shop, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our pieces. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review our policy below:


Return Authorization Required

All returns and exchanges must be authorized before being sent back.

We will not accept or process any merchandise returned without prior approval.

To request a Return Authorization (RA) and further instructions, please contact our office.


Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

If there is a discrepancy with your order upon delivery, please contact us immediately so we can assist you.

Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

We will provide instructions on how to proceed with a replacement or repair.


Additional Notes

All returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition (unless defective).

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy conditions.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs may apply.
